Try a different food than. He might not like the wellness, but might like something else. Unfortunately the process becomes a bit expensive. Try giving Max some boiled chicken with rice for now just so he can get some food in his tummy. Than gradually mix in the food you plan to utilize.

My Maxwell started on Science Diet, had diahrea, went to chicken n rice
became better. Than started mixing in Solid Gold, got diahrea again, went on
Prescriptions DD and ID can food, this food is bland for sensitive stomachs diahrea gone, mixed in some solid gold dry food, got diahrea again, has it now ! So Im gonna keep him on the prescriptions food for now, to we can have some consistency going.

If all else fails get that sugary tube from your vet he will eat that
if he is not eating at leat one small strip of that jelly with sugar will keep him
going, you don't want sugar shock. Im not an expert just relaying what my vet told me. That tube is good to have around (just in case)
