My little girl now 5 months 1 day weight a wopping 2 pounds has this weird looking pimple. It was so funny when i would try to look at it she would tighten her legs together it was so cute. But anyway i had noticed it before but it was small and it started to grow a bit large with the puss showing so i took her to the bathroom and started to wash it out and i popped it not sure i should have. But thats what i do when i have one. And i put some ointment on it. Is it normal to see. I didnt want to take her to the vet because of it. lol
