Guess the intro really had a bad effect on Quincy. Start by Justin not kicking the dog or his crate as a rule. If he wants to move in, he should follow your rules. Second, try hugging Justin in front of Quincy to let him know everything is okay so that he doesn't need to feel unsafe and start to protect you, hence his aggression towards Justin.
