Yes, Atkins has a website, here's what chloeandj just posted: http://www.atkins.com/articles/getting-started you can learn a lot from that. If you already eat that way then maybe you're not getting the right combinations of food or you're getting too many carbs. Even some veggies have a lot of carbs so you have to watch them too...especially carrots. I love carrot juice but it has too many carbs to use right now.

I should ad though...make sure you can do the Atkins plan before starting...people with kidney problems shouldn't do Atkins. The South Beach plan is similar to Atkins and it was written by a cardiologist, it's still low carb but I think it's also low fat. I compared the grocery list to each and it seems the SB plan was more expensive to do than Atkins.
