Some dogs love to be in their carriers and out and about while others like mine are too, shall we say high-spirited. 
I also don't think there's anything wrong with showing them off too. When I took my kids trick-or-treating Brutus came with us with his "Security" shirt on and he got a lot of attention. I thought it was funny. But he was on a leash and just happy to be out walking. |
I am not bothered by the fact that some feel that people like to showoff their dog like an item but by people trying to make it look like I don't believe in those that don't take there dogs to place. I am sure some here might not take their dogs out to public places or shopping but I am sure they do go for walks or play in parks which sis just as fine. Whatever rocks everyone's boat is fine. We all deal with situations differently. Every one here I believe is a great pet owner even though we all have different ways of going about stuff. Anyhow brutus is beautiful and I don't disqualify you for your disicions. they are very valid and if you take him out ot not doesn't make your worse person. I understand you where wanting to know you wheren't an outcast and thats why you started this thread.
