When Rocky comes out with me it's because I don't want to leave him at home, definitly not a "LOOK I GOT A DOG" thing. To tell the truth, while postive comments are always good, sometimes I don't have time to sit and talk with everyone who asks about him. And I hate when I'm rushing, and next thing you know I get a whole family "Oooh Look at the doggy can we pet/hold him!" Not that I don't like positive comments, but sometimes it slows you down. Then Rocky gets all excited and doesn't want stay in his bag. |
I am justifying those that go out with their pets while other think they are trying to showoff. I never said that people that don't take their dogs out don't care. Some do and maybe that's way the don't take them out to protect them from exposure of things that aren't the best for them.
