There are so many healthy recipes I don't know where to begin. A few of the basics-- I stick to complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, oatmeal, whole grain pasta & tortillas. Try to fit in 5-6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism going and you will lose more weight that way as well as not going hungry. Cut down on high sodium foods, you will retain less water that way. If you're really serious about losing weight, I suggest hiring a trainer. I hired a trainer that I communicate w/ online through e-mail. I just started the cleanse that he gave me last week and am feeling very healthy and have lost almost 10 lbs, probably mostly water weight. I start my baseline diet tomorrow w/ a specific nutrition/cardio/weightlifting schedule. Good luck to you though, start out slow, dont jump straight into it. Remember that nothing comes close to self motivation.
