This is a really good question.....I dont let mine around larger dogs either....they have socialized with a Lasa apsp (sp) my bad.........and a mini shnowzer(sp again) haha....but that was a long while ago. I dont let them down around any other larger dogs,,,,,Im just too scared. In fact when we are on a walk and a large dog approaches I pick them up.
