TRY TO HELP if you can - write your legislature - write your media - but don't let it take over your thoughts because it doesn't help. I really let it get to me a few years ago and obsessed about Puppy Mills - it's so frustrating to know all this and not be able to help.
and Stedmansmom - God Bless them is right - the dogs in the video are sadly....free - it's the thousands of dogs in mills and shelters that really need our prayers - they're still suffering at the hands of MAN.
If people don't SPAY AND NEUTER we'll never see this end. I wish the laws would change NOW. |
I know exactly what you mean V...I know more about Puppy Mills and BYB's now than I ever have in my life - and now that I know, I tell EVERYONE...because believe it or not, ALOT of people do

I didn't know what they were 3 years ago. I mean I honestly didn't. Which just totally AMAZES me now - because there is a whole whelp of information out there. As a matter of fact, my aunt - who is a
HUGE dog lover...had never even HEARD of a Puppy Mill, and she is the ONE person I would have guessed knew everything about them - and she had
no clue. And that's just it - so many people are
clueless. Which leads them straight into the pet stores because they don't know any better.....and then I guess there are a few that just don't care - which is really sad
But I DO wish that people were more educated on this. Sadly, these things will probably never stop...and it just breaks my heart into a million pieces
