She open the box and then she called me.. Acted like everything was fine when she talk to my husband (he answered the phone) asking how he was..etc etc etc... and then he handed me the phone and she was "like what is this in the white box?" (I played dumb) I was like I dont know?? whats in the white box? She was like "you know whats in it.. do you care to explain..." I was like it explains it self.(DUH) Then she ask how far along (which i still dont know yet) and some other question. she worried bc if my health prob with was fine and took it better then I expected
My dad on the other hand... well I drove him to drinking lol. My mom said after he open the box, he went and made him rum and OJ. (which sounds SOO NASTY) He said he "needed to calm his nerves". yeah like he is the one who is expecting my mom said he will be better when it sinks in and told me congratulations.... even thou she didnt sound to excited about it... |
I still have yet to tell my parents.. I think I'm going to give them pics of my ultra sound as a christmas present Christmas Eve. I think my parents will take it the same as your did, so I'm real nervous!!!
