Wow, that is pretty harsh!! I have seen plenty of VERY healthy 3 pound Yorkies! What do you suggest be done with less than 4 pound Yorkies? And how can you tell if a puppy is going to wind up to be 3 or 4 pounds to begin with. You can only get an estimate.
