We made up our minds, thanks to all of you!! Especially since we're moving to the city. Monster is going to be chipped. My boyfriend doesn't want to give him a tag with our address on it, because he said 'If a decent person picks up the dog, they'll see the tag chip and will call, if an indecent person (and there are plenty of those in NYC) finds or steals the dog with bad intentions, we don't want them knowing our names and apartment.' Which, on one hand I thought: we should do EVERYTHING in our power to get our baby back to us, and on the other hand, I couldn't help but agree that it's not the same as our usual suburbia. However, even if we weren't moving, he'd be chipped anyway. |
