I really doubt a 9 year old child would know that shoe spray would hurt the puppies. I think the Grandma is solely resonsible for this. I have a 6 yr old Child and wouldnt even leave her in the car while I go pay for gas. With some of the crazy people in this world something really bad could have happened to that child |
