 Micro-Chips?
I'm sure there must be some information about this somewhere on the wide world of the internet, but I can only seem to find vague pages. The micro-chip that they put in dogs, so that they can be returned to owners? Does anyone know really how that works? And, my boyfriend and I are planning on moving out of the area soon, so...how do you change the information if it's already implanted in your dog? Also, I'm afraid if Monster gets lose, someone will just keep him, how does anyone have any way of knowing if he has a chip? I'm just curious because we have a vet appointment on Teusday, and I want to know what I'm asking for regarding this chip-thing. I also don't really trust this vet, I feel like he'll try to sell me anything. So, if anyone knows anything or has any helpful websites that I must've missed, I'd appreciate it! Thanks! |
