Kasey used to ride along with no problem. She's just turned one, and in the last few months she's become extremely nervous in the car -- only on the highway, or when we're going relatively fast. She pants and pants.... I tried putting her in her crate and strapping it in, high enough so she could look around. Same problem. (Makes me think a Lookout won't work for her.) Held her-- same problem.

So eventually I put her in her sherpa bag on the floor, believing that maybe she feels a little safer there and will sleep. Of course I can't get a good view of her when she's in the bag, but at least I feel better... (: I always feel so upset when I see her panting like that!
