Cali had 3 episodes of hypoglycemia when she was young and she was about the same weight as yours maybe smaller. I had to feed her every 2-3 hours at first and you have to make sure she eats at every meal. I still feed Cali 3 times a day otherwise she throws up. I used to give her Nutrical as needed, when she was stressed or more active or wouldn't eat. Cali was also diagnosed with a mild liver shunt but they didn't think it was related to her hypoglycemia episodes. Cali did grow out of the hypoglycemia at about 7-8 months. I can't tell you how fast these little ones can go down and you have to make sure she is eating and get her to the vet at the first sign of illness. I would be too nervous to leave her with someone not familiar with how important it is to care for her.
