On the Kodak website go to Comsumer Products (don't click on it, just slide your cursor over it) a box will pop up..go down the list to Downloads and Drivers

Scroll down that page and fill in the line..another line will pop up until it gets all the information for your camera....then just do what it tells you.

If not, contact the Kodak company either by email or phone. They will be able to help you. Unless someone else here can help. I know it's frustrating...just take it slow.
I deleted and reinstalled the program atleast 7 times now..
it says the program needs to be repaired so i clicked repair it does theis whole process...and when i try reopening the program i get the same error
