Emma does this too-my chi did this as well. Our vet called it "FRAP" or "FRAPing"-which stands for Frantic Random Active Period. Most healthy dogs do this when they need fast exercise, or when they're happy and they get a burst of energy! Let's all be glad we have frapping yorkies rather than frapping Great Danes! Can you imagine that in one house!??!
