It's probably just an aggravated nerve, but it could also indicate a B12 deficiency, or a larger neurological problem. That's why I say if it gets worse you should get a doc to check you out.

I'm not a doctor or anything - I've just got a few neurologic problems myself so I'm just telling you what I know. Hope you little toe just stops falling asleep on its own!

It was on and off asleep last night until 11:00pm, but nothing so far today!!! If it happens again, today, I may start to worry.
Ha it IS finals week. Maybe my nerves are sooo outta wack they are creating problems because i'm under stress? hahahah Oh well. Today is my last final and then CHRISTMAS! YEAH!
