Regardless, I just checked the site again and I see that my order has now shipped, yay! I have no idea why my PM's never got through to you.
I appreciate that you are busy this time of year, which is why I ordered on Nov. 20th. Next year I'll have to order more in advance so I have the Christmas stuff in time to do pictures and whatnot. Thank you for your response
