I support this because (this is going to sound horrible but..) I'm allergic to dogs (hence the Yorkie! no allergies, yay!) and even getting near one makes me itch and my eyes water and I start coughing horribly. I even get annoyed when a person with a service dog comes into my vicinity..(I know I know..horrible!) just because I get so sick from it. You have to look at these people's points of views too, especially in a scenario like a super-crowded mall. |
My 2 cents...take your dogs where they ARE welcome and no one would have to be escorted away lol..... if the whole country tried to sneak their dogs out shopping with them - there'd be more dogs than people out...Not talking directly to You Rae Rae ...if you were allowed in the past I can understand why you felt upset.
As far as service dogs - some abuse that privledge. To have headaches or something MINOR is not being disabled in the REAL sense of the word ... but yet people are certifying their dogs & I think many do this so they CAN take them shopping & get attention.
I love taking mine out but only where they're welcome. I don't take them on a regular basis cause then they expect to go with me everytime I leave the house and it's already hard enough dealing with the pouting lol
