Her issue is actually totally different from yours and like I said in my other post please give me the name your order is under. I have thousands of orders and I am just not able to memorize names, so I can look up your order once you tell me the name its under.
And as for your emails, like it says in my auto repsonse email we are absolutely flooded with orders because of the holiday season over the past month. We are working as hard and fast as possible to get them out. I dont just get orders from YT, I get hundreds of orders from all over the world. My website says orders take 1-3 weeks within the USA and it says this now in 9 different places and right now since its the busy holidays it
is taking 3 weeks to receive our handmade products. Unfortunately even the post office is taking a little longer on our packages as well. Lunasmomma, I said in another thread to you I went thru my pm's and I dont see one from you but I could be wrong. I went through everything for the past week and didnt see anything. As for the emails the autoresponse I have set up should answer almost any question that someone has ever asked me, I have this set up right now so I can spend as much time as possible this time of year workign on orders. Basically the only type of emails I get are inquiries about orders, questions about wether we ship worldwide, wether or not we take credit cards, have catalogs, shipping methods, etc, all of which are answered many times throughout my website including store info page. So I have found that by setting up an auto response email that kindly answers these questions it enables me to spend more time sewing and actually workign on orders. I already have 2 other people that sew but unfortunately it takes all 3 of us or all my orders would be taking more that 3 weeks right now. I apologize for this.
