AWWWWW, Sweetie. I am so sorry to hear that you and your family are having such a problem. I agree with the post that I would get to the landlord or super before she does. Write the circumstances and give them to the landlord and keep copies. You have to document your actions and hers.
Is it possible that she has a legitimate complaint about the noise. Pay attention to the things she has complained about and document that they are not true.
Remember, you can never please all the people all the time. Maybe more of your neighbors have complaints about her and it can be a trade-off...
