It sure does....Chanel came down with coccidia days after bringing her home too...it was AWFUL

and we ended up in emergency at 2 am on a Sunday morning - when they're that small they can go down FAST....so it's very important to make sure they're treated -
Once you've seen a vet and know what you're dealing with - lots and lots of fluids and food. ..some don't want to eat or drink they feel so sick - I used a syringe for both water and baby food. You can try Pedialite too for babies - it's good for keeping them hydrated. and if your yorkie IS eating on their own - try a little boiled chicken with white rice.
