I felt the very same way with mine today. She got spayed. They called and said she came through just great little while ago, and now she's back home with me.

I was so afraid, and drove some of you nuts with questions about the medications and anethsia! I asked a thousand questions. Called the vets office, and asked what they used on her, just to be told (and by a nices best friend) I need to get off the internet!

They wanted to keep her overnight, but I told them I'd rather take her home. I have a crate for her, so she's resting really good in it, and not doing anything she shouldn't do, like jumping, or eating.

I understand neutering is easier than spaying, from what I've read here.

I'll be getting Adonis neutered as soon as my neices best friend (the vet tech) gets back to work after her hysterectomy. I dread this one too, cause I've had him soooo much longer than her, and he's my #1 child!

Just make sure you have something to keep YOU busy all day when its done. And you know you'll get prayers from all of us!
