The age has a lot to do with this too. And also, when you got them, and how long you've had them. I take it your new at this, and a new puppy?

Seems if Frankie is going an inch or so off the pad, he's trying. Feet may be on pad, but butt isn't.

Have you tried an x-pen? Best place to put one is the busiest room in your home. Pee pad goes on one end, and food, toys, crate on the other end. If you get one, make sure its a tall one, some yorkies are good climbers!

And if your x-pen is on carpet, might want to put a shower curtain under it to start with. That way if they miss the pad, carpet is protected.
