If Luna wasn't crying when she went poop before, maybe her little gland is bruised. Toto didn't go poop for about two days after going to the groomer once and the vet said if the anal gland wasn't expressed properly it is possible to bruise it ... I would think that would probably be painful? Also, a fecal sample would be a lot more accurate to check for worms than "watch the poop" ... maybe a more knowledgeable vet is in order? Poor baby ... hope she is better soon. Puppy kisses from Toto!
