 New Puppies!
Hi,
We had new puppies this afternoon! She was due on the 13th, we had her ultrasounded and it showed one. Her temp dropped last night and she was digging and trying to nest. I took her to work with me this morning (good thing I work at a ranch!) She started pacing and digging and panting and then she laid down on her pillow and had the first one, a little girl. It was backwards, but she got it out with no problems. She was licking it and letting it nurse, and we thought she was done, and I started working again, and looked down and she had the second one halfway out. It's a little boy. The girl is 6 ounces, and the boy is 5.7. Mom is about 8 pounds, dad is 4.5 pounds.
I am so excited, this is her second litter, but my first. |
