Thanks so much for all of your care and concern. Today my sister took Gingi to a specialist, who said that she's apparently torn ligaments in BOTH rear knees. She'll have surgery tomorrow. The *extremely* good news is that they think she'll make a full recovery. No casts -- just bedrest for a week, then small bits of moving about -- and, by week #4, hopefully she'll be close to her old self. Eventually her knees may be stronger than they were to start with.

So.... for our little Kasey we're thinking it may be time to buy stairs to put by the bed, so she stops jumping off the bed too!

Thanks again for all of your concern and support. It felt great. I'm glad to have good news to report.
