I am sooooo sorry.
I took Josie in once (and only once). This was still during her puppy stage. She still had some black in her coat. Well, when it was time to pick her and they brought her out. I looked up and smiled and said, "I'm sorry that not my baby" and went back to writing my check. They said, "actually this is your dog". I looked up and was so stunned,
that I practically started crying. They kept apologizing and saying that they was the only option.
Ever since then I do my own grooming. She may not have the best cut, but at least I know what I want.
Don't worry it be a slow process but, it will grow back.
