OMG poor baby ! It sounds like she really did hurt her back - that's awful and I hope they can find out what's wrong....
I hate thinking about a small dog getting an MRI but it sounds like that's just what they need to do - that's so sad and I'm so sorry !! I hope she'll be ok and this is just temporary....
