This is a vet that I have used for years and trust very much. This is really tugging at my heart strings. My vet specifically said not to spay Gracie until she is between 6 and 7 months, to maximize the safety of the procedure. I do trust her. I had all my female cats spayed, left them overnight and all was fine. If something happens to Gracie, I will never forgive myself, whether it be because she was left at the vet or because I insisted on taking her home with me.
