Why do you have to leave her overnight?
I had Bailey spayed, microchipped, teeth removal and she also had a small cyst removed. Alot done yes, but I only wanted her to go under anethesia once.
She was only 3 lbs when I had this done, I brought her in first thing in the morning and picked her up late afternoon. I would never have been able to sleep, worrying about her all night.
I brought her bed with me to the vets, wrapped her lightly in her blanket and put her in her bed, she stayed there most of that night getting up to drink some water and getting some pain medicine and crawling back in her bed.
I had to change her blankets and bedding a few time because she did have a few accidents, she was back to her normal self about 2 days later.

If this is a vet you use and trust it will be fine, if this is one you just started using maybe get a second opinion?
I am from the Pacific Northwest and there are alot of great vets in the area.

Good Luck with your upcoming procedure, I'll send prayers and good thoughts your way.
