She probably listed the parents correctly. Since she has some partis - your pups parents could have had some recessive genes that came forward in your little pup.
Personally - I got my little Yorkie for pet - and if he had turned out to be tri-colored - I would have been thrilled. This little guys are unusually beautiful and extremely cute. This would certainly would not be a disappointment to me.
Regardless of what color my pup turned out to be - I would still have gotten him neutered because I have never had any desire to breed any of my dogs.
However, if you do decide to breed him - lucky him! I see nothing wrong with this at all.
I'll bet you have one darling little Yorkie. I wouldn't worry about his registration at all. Breed or don't breed - and enjoy this special, and I'm-sure-beautiful, little Yorkie that you have.
