What gets me about this topic is some say how mean... it's a dogs way of speaking to you. In the same breath talk about how to train your dog not to bark.
A debark dog can still bark. I have wondered if Rosie had been debarked and if she has there is nothing annoying about her tiny bark. People that have heard her bark comment saying "If she is debarked I would love to have my dog debarked. I don not know idf she is in fact debarked but she has a very quite sweet bark.
Also a debarked dog still has to be trained not to bark alot or the bark comes back.Atleast that is what I have read on the subject.
I think it is unfair to go as far to say that people that do this shouldn't be allowed to have dogs.
