OH JOY. Hit a slick spot and spun around even though I didn't hit the brakes and I went backwards over an embankment. I just kept praying the car wouldn't flip over. Salt truck came by 3 minutes afterwards and he gave me and my three year old a ride to the outpost so we could call for help and thankfully no one was hurt! And I didn't hit anything but the thorn bushes I ran over (uh, plowed down and put a new road through with my car) ripped off my brake lines and we think I might have tore a hole in the gas tank. It is at the car shop now getting an estimate on repairs to the underside. No body damage at all, so that was good.

OH and no citations, so that means no fines, no fees nothing! Cop said Merry Christmas, have a great day! And that was that!

They are bringing me a rental tomorrow so we won't be without transportation while my car is in the shop, so THAT is a good thing!
