I am so mad because my boyfriend's parents own a cocker spaniel and it is chained up outside from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM EVERYDAY! She's only three and she's been going outside everyday since a little before her first birthday. They said she peed too much on the floor. The only time she gets to come in is when it is raining. She's even outside when it's snowing!! And they talk about how they would never want to get a mixed animal because they are too much of a bother and someone else's problem!
After I got Maizee, they were seriously looking into getting a Yorkie as well. Thankfully they are tightwads and would never want to spend that much on a dog. They want a purebred dog for less than $300. . Plus, his grandmother lives next door and they have a really old Malamute that is outside 24/7 365 chained to her house. I am about this close || to turning them all in.
