It's not too cold here yet - 8 last night but 20 today.
Tonight 8 again with a wind chill of 0. Not bad, it's get's much worse but, she won't go out. I have tried taking her out and putting her down on the patio which is cleared but she just runs for the door and barks. If I put her in the snow, she screams - LOUDLY. I can't believe such a tiny thing can make such a huge noise. My poodle loves the snow - not her!
BUT - tonite she went poo on her piddle pad,
and then ran for the treat jar. Little rascal. After I praised her to pieces and gave her a treat, she turned around and ate the poo!
but at least she went. Later she started to go on the carpet but I grabbed her in time and put her on the piddle pad -she ran for the treat jar, so she knows!
I've just got to catch the piddles. She goes every 5 minutes so I've started withholding water unless she pants. I don't know what else to do.
Just be patient I guess and hope my carpet doesn't rot.
