 vaccinations & swelling?
Has anyone else noticed swelling following rabies vaccinations? I have seen a few posts regarding swelling of the head being a sign of an allergic reaction, but that isn't what I mean. Following 3 days of lethargy, loss of appetite and energy, I found a knot on my yorkie's back where her shot have been given several (5) days earlier. It doesn't seem to hurt her for me to touch it, but I am worried. I took her to the vet and they said to massage it every day and come back it 2 weeks for a follow-up visit. She is acting like herself, but this lump bothers me. Has anyone had a dog with a similar reaction? |
