AWWWWW! Your little one is just lonely...and I hate to break it to your, but now that you've given in and have let him sleep in your bed, you might as well let him start sleeping in your bed with you full time. Since he is a puppy, you will need to let him out several times during the night. I let both of mine sleep in bed with us since the day we brought them home and I just started putting a couple of towels down right beside me on the bed and they would sleep on the towels. That way, if they pee, it is on the towel. He will get to where he won't pee in the bed...it just takes a little growing up and a little time...he is still very young. But, if he starts moving around during the night, take him right outside to potty.
