I put Snoodles in the crate for bedtime or when we have to leave and she can't come with me. I was going outside at 2 in the morning, at 4 in the morning and at 6 in the morning. Nothing I liked better than being in my nightgown in the middle of the night yelling GO Potty! Finally I told the vet I was exhausted. He said Oh! cover her crate at night with a blanket or something. It Worked Like a Dream. She never cried or whined since I started doing that. AND I can turn on the light in my room when I have to go potty myself and it doesn't disturb her. In the morning she will whine, but I get dressed and make my bed before I let her out. It has been a God send to me. As for putting him in, Just do it! Mine still wants to be by me, but the minute she is in, she lays down and goes to sleep. Try It You Will Like It! Pat |
