He said that if they werent removed than she could develop more and they could be cancerous. So we had her spayed and the lumps removed. They weren't cancerous thank God. But another thing that can happen with female dogs that aren't spayed is a uterus infection. Puss can develope and the uterus can sweel and cause death.
I'm not sure of all the details of all the things that can happen ( I'm not a expert) But I think that to lessen the chance of health issues in the future you should spay your female, unless you are going to breed her.

Thank you very much, I understand now why everybody does it and i agree that for prevention we should do it if they are not big enough.
