i have a couple of fleece lined windbreakers, i wash them with a waterproof solution that i buy at a sporting good store, that helps and they fasten with velcro on bottom and i leave it a little open on Poli so he dont pee on it, he still squatts at times but sometimes he raises his leg just a little. I also wash fleece hoodies in the same solution , and it does help, kinda spendy though !
