depends on how cold it gets... and really depends on each puppy.. yesterday it was -1 Celcius here... and the wind was cold.... so i put a jacket on layla.. but she doen'st seem to care much.. she'l stay out there.. but i'd say if you are worried about him... then put one on.. the boots.. not so much needed
