I don't think you need to neuter your little guy ASAP --

Mine did some humping - even at 8 weeks - which I discourage right from the start - and I did take his little stuffed bunny away - that he loved to hump.

But -- I didn't neuter him until he was 11 months old (because I wanted him to lose his baby teeth naturally - and he did - all but two).

He's 14 months old now - and really hasn't humped much since he was a few months old --long before he was neutered. I just stopped it immediately everytime I saw him doing it.....

HOWEVER - I am sure all our dogs are different as far as their libidos go....some are far more into humping that others are. So this may be something we need to consider also.
