I never bought my male any stuffed animals bc I didn't want him to "learn" how to hump or think that it was ok when we weren't looking. Whenever he would try to hump anything else, we would always scold him. We also got him neutered early, at 5 months of age. He is 14 months old now and he hasn't humped anything in I don't know how long. If I were you, I would punish him for humping things, I would not buy him any stuffed animals, and I would find another vet that will neuter him ASAP. But that is just me.
