The surprising thing is that his "dream" dog has been a boxer ever since I have known him ... not any more!! His only regret, and mine, is that we didn't buy a Yorkie sooner!
I feel so badly for that puppy that you saw in Petco with the fleas or any dog with fleas and an owner making no effort to get them treated!! In my opinion ... this is abuse and animal cruelty!
They can't help getting fleas and they certainly can't do anything about it themselves.
