I understand ! I have 2 male yorkies. They mark everywhere! They were 5 months old when they were fixed. The Neutering will help the marking but wont stop it.Try taking him out more so he can mark. Has for carpet I have tried everything. My next step is replacing the carpet. Belly Bands do help.
