Hello Everyone,
I need some advice because my 9 month old yorkie unfortuantely has the hip dysplasia which is a disease that is a inherited condition either from his mom/dad/grandpa/grandma. I was just wondering even though I bought him from a breeder is it their responsibility to somehow compensate with this situation?
