Before you get your hair cut try this. Go out & buy Dove styling cream for curlie hair (this is what I use, styling cream is better than gel or mouse cause it won't make it crunchy). Scrunch it into wet hair. Turn head upside down & blow dry on medium heat with a defuser (sorry sp?). Blow dry til dry, this should take maybe 5 minutes at the most. Use fingers to maneuver into place when done & hairspray. Give this a try on a day when you don't have to look presentable in case you don't like it. This works for my hair & it might work for yours. It's at least worth a shot.
